What Is Celebrate Recovery
A biblical and balanced 12 step recovery group that helps us overcome our hurts, habits & hang-ups.
We believe that we weren’t meant to do this journey through life on our own, but that we are supposed to be in community with people.
We start each evening with music. Our hope is that this will set your focus on God and get you prepared to receive the message our team will share with you.
Lessons consist of either an overview or breakdown of one of the 12 steps or a personal testimony from someone who has gone through the Celebrate Recovery journey.
After that, we break into gender specific small groups. These groups provide you a safe place to share your experience and find friends and accountability.

Who Should Attend?
This is a program for anyone seeking more freedom, peace and healing in their life.

You’re Story Matters
Your story matters. Let that sink in for a minute.
The good parts of your story…
They Matter. But equally important are the messy and really hard parts too…
The good news is that you aren’t alone. This world breaks each and every one of us, but you can have hope…A new way to see your story.

At Celebrate Recovery, we want you to know that all the parts of your story matter to us and to God.
So this is your invitations to stop running and join us for the celebration. Whoever you are, whatever you’ve done, wherever you’ve been and whatever your story may be, you can always come home to Jesus. Let us introduce you to Him, to Celebrate Recovery and introduce you to a
new way to write our story.

Where God Heals Our Hurts, Habits & Hang-ups

Generally, a hurt, habit or hang-up can be anything that keeps you from realizing your full potential as a person.

A “Hurt” could be classified as any life experience that may have damaged your heart. Some offense against you that crippled your ability to deal with the world in a healthy way. Something that may have twisted your view of yourself, God or others.
  • Abuse                                   Grief
  • Rape                                     Divorce
  • PTSD                                     Relationship Issues

A “Habit” tends to be unhealthy patterns that often start as a perceived “remedy” for some problem in your life, but end up turning into a chronic bad behavior or addiction. HABITS are the repeat default scripts you run to when the going gets tough.
  • Alcohol                                 Drugs
  • Gambling                             Cutting
  • Food                                     Pornography

A “Hang-Up” is a road block that keeps you from progressing further in God’s plan for your life. It is often shaped by some bent thinking you may have received as a child, or an unhealthy attitude you may have adopted as a means of coping with life’s challenges.
  • Anger/Control                    Co-Dependency
  • Guilt/Shame                       Body Image
  • Depression                          Perfectionism
