We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may use trusted third‑party services (for example, to host our website, process online giving, or send communications), and they are expected to protect your information and use it only to provide those services.

2. Online Giving (Pushpay)
Online giving is provided as a convenience so you can support the ministries of Western Prong Baptist Church from anywhere. Online gifts are processed securely through Pushpay, our trusted payment provider, using industry‑standard security and encryption.

• Western Prong Baptist Church does not store your full credit/debit card or bank account numbers on our public website.
• We receive only the information needed to record your gift, provide giving statements, and communicate with you about your donation if needed.
• We do not sell or rent donor information.

If you believe a transaction was made in error, or if you have questions about a gift, please contact the church office so we can review and, if appropriate, correct the charge.

3. Prayer Requests and Care
We count it a privilege to pray with and for you. Prayer requests and care‑related messages shared with Western Prong Baptist Church are handled with care and discretion.

• Requests may be shared with pastors and designated prayer or care teams so that we can pray and respond appropriately.
• Where a “confidential” option is available and selected, the request will be shared more narrowly (for example, with pastors or a small leadership group).
• In situations where a request indicates that you or someone else may be in danger or at risk of harm, we may need to share information with appropriate authorities or emergency services to help ensure safety.

We strive to treat sensitive information in a way that honors both the person and the seriousness of the situation.

4. Children, Students, and Safety
We are grateful for the opportunity to minister to children and students, and we take their safety seriously. All children’s and youth activities at Western Prong Baptist Church (including nursery, Awana, and student ministries) follow safety and child‑protection guidelines.
These include:

• Screening and approval for regular workers/volunteers before serving with minors.
• Using appropriate check‑in and check‑out processes so children are released only to an approved parent or guardian.

If you ever have a question or concern about your child’s safety, please speak with a ministry leader or contact the church office.

5. Photos, Video, and Livestream
We may take photos or short video clips during services, events, and activities in order to celebrate and share what God is doing in our church family.​

• Group photos or videos may appear in church slides, printed materials, newsletters, on our website, or on social media.
• We do not intentionally post identifying information (such as full names) with photos of children.

Some worship services or events may also be livestreamed or recorded so that those who cannot attend in person can participate online.

• By being present in the main sanctuary or at major events, you may appear briefly in livestreams or recordings.
• Our cameras are focused primarily on the platform and front sections, but occasional congregation shots may be visible.

If you prefer that you or your child not be included in photos, video, or livestream images, please let a ministry leader or the church office know so we can do our best to honor your wishes and help you find seating that is less likely to appear on camera.

If you see a photo or video of yourself or your child that you would like us to review for removal, please contact us.

6. Event Information and Sign‑ups
When you sign up for an event or activity (for example, through the church office, at a sign‑up table, or by phone), we may collect basic information such as names, contact details, and any notes needed for participation (such as allergies or special needs).
We use this information only for church‑related purposes, including:

• Keeping an attendee list.
• Communicating event details, reminders, or changes.
• Planning for food, materials, transportation, or childcare, when offered.​
